Hi, i tried the first 2 steps but i still have the same error msg. I tried to do the third step but it won’t let me do the hard reset it just pop up a message :Recovery mode This mode is for data backup at service center. After removing and reattaching the battery, press the power key to reboot and keep using the phone. So I did follow the instructions. When i turn on my phone, i still got the error message again “Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped ” and now my phone has a black screen and can’t navigate at all but still has the error msg. Please help me. I have an LG Optimus L7 Dual phone.

    Hi,
I had a Karbonn phone having the same issue. I’ve found this video on youtube, it may work for you but not sure. You can check it out. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_gsvyiy5MY)

I have tried all of the above and also a couple of other “fixes” I found on other sites. Nothing has worked. I’ve done a factory reset several times and I still can’t get rid of the message. I need another solution.

This error spammed at me when I rebooted my phone. Now, I tried solution 1 and 3. I cant find the Sim Toolkit in my phone so I cant try that

Anyway, neither worked. I attempted to remove my SIM card from my phone, and it stopped the error

Would you know if removing the SIM card meant something?

    Thanks!
